1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:


  • Timeframe: You must initiate the return process within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or proof of purchase from PetStyll.com is required.


2. Non-Eligible Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:


  • Items returned after the 30-day return window.

  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Digital products or gift cards.

  • Perishable goods, such as certain pet foods or treats, once opened.

  • Health and personal care items, for hygiene reasons.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:


  1. Contact Customer Service: Before sending any item back, please contact our customer service team at [Support@petstyll.com] with your order number and a detailed explanation of why you wish to return the item. Photos or videos may be requested for damaged or defective items.

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Packaging: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  4. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (typically 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider).

  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items with obvious signs of use, items not in original condition, or items missing parts not due to our error).


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) with photos or videos of the issue. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs in these cases.


6. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it falls under our standard return policy.
